Palm Jumeirah has seen accelerated development in recent times most notably the construction of the Nakheel Mall nearing completion.

In the last three months, there have been 104 properties transferred on the secondary market of which 14 were villa sales.

In the same period, there have been 23 Oqood Registrations for off plan property.

The cheapest property sold was an off plan studio apartment in the SeVen Residences for AED857,665 and the most expensive property was a signature villa on the secondary market for AED30,000,000.
