Dubai Property End of Year Roundup 2018

According to the above year on year transactions in the off plan and secondary market 2018 finished better than predicted.  Villa off-plan sales have fallen and apartment off plan sales have remained high.  In my opinion, this is mainly due to the releases as there were more apartment projects launched than villas. 

What is extremely encouraging is that the secondary market sales for villas have doubled since 2017, and apartments have remained the same. 

I am excited to see what 2019 brings, we are another year closer to EXPO 2020 and we have the delivery of many new Laws such as the 10-year investor visas to look forward too and are highly likely to boost the property market.
